The Current Development Of Shanxi’ Raal Estate Industry And Its Influence To The National Economy

The real estate industry is the basic industry and leading industry occupies of the nationaleconomy. It is in a very important position in the economic and social landscape. The real estateindustry have an important influence on the macro-economic growth, improved living standards,social order and stability. In "Eleventh Five-Year" period, Shanxi seize the strategic opportunities ofthe "Rise of Central China" which central authority implement in order to improve and expand thereal estate development industry in Shanxi, so as soon as possible into the fast lane of the centralregion and national development. Shanxi conscientiously implement the national macro-controlpolicies, in close connection with the actual development of the province,so as to expand the scaleof investment in real estate development, adjust and optimize the investment structure of the realestate, regulate the mechanism of the real estate market. However, there are still some problems inreal estate development in our province. Some aspects has important significance to the theoreticalstudy and practical significance, such as the analysis of the influence which the real estateindustry to the national economy, the settle of the outstanding problems in the development, theways of promoting the development of the real estate industry should be rapid and healthy andplaying an important role in promoting national economic development, speeding up urbanization,increasing employment, improving the conditions of urban and rural residents.In this paper, we use the methods of theoretical and empirical, qualitative and quantitative tocarry out research. This paper proposes the ways to strengthen the pillar role of the real estateindustry of Shanxi based on the analysis of contrast of the surrounding provinces and six centralprovinces by related data. The analysis also made reference to the gaps in Shanxi Province, the realestate industry and other provinces. First,this paper proposed that the real estate industry in ourprovince lack the strength and competitiveness of large enterprises as the leading enterprises to leadthe development of the real estate industry in Shanxi Province from micro-level, so our provinceshould be focused on the construction of the leading real estate companies, and this paper putforward to recommendations from four aspects; Second, this paper argues that we should strengthenthe real estate industry associations, the secondary real estate market as well as the construction ofthe real estate intermediary organizations from meso level, in order to promote the development ofthe real estate industry; Finally, from the macro level, government departments should introducerelevant policies and regulations to support the competitiveness of the real estate businessdevelopment, the paper proposed the ways to strengthen the pivotal role of the real estate industryin our province from land planning, credit policy, legal norms, prevention systems and administrative planning ways.
