Since the1990s, as economic globalization, the development of financial integration,capital operation of the international financial sector more active, further highlights theintegration trend, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase Bank and HSBC through the continuedimplementation of mergers and acquisitions by a single commercial banks graduallydeveloped into the world’s outstanding universal bank. Following the international trend toaccelerate the pace of opening up of the financial sector at the same time, China’s bankingindustry is also facing a more competitive environment. Learning from internationalexperience in the implementation of the M&A strategy, our banks can grow up and developfaster and more effective, and will enhance the international competitiveness.
