In the knowledge age, many factors of making knowledge team good development arises scholars’ extensive attention. Many differences in the team members lead to the team conflict. So-called "team conflict" means a party in the team (include individual, group, or organization) realize the other party is or will take the action to hinder, destroy, and harm the party to achieve its goal. The influence of team conflict to team performance is not really all negative, sometimes certain team conflict can break team silence and motivate team member’s innovation ability and alive enterprise. Therefore, in order to ensure team’s good operation, the relationship research of team conflict and team performance is especial important. For the purpose of understand mechanism of action of team conflict to knowledge team performance, this paper add team innovation into team performance to rich the knowledge team performance understanding, meanwhile through introduce transactive memory systems as metavariable, form cross-level theoretical research model, in-depth discuss the relationship among team conflict, transactive memory systems and team performance.This research obtains many primary data, utilizes many analysis to discuss research hypothesis in this research theoretical model. Research results show:team relationship conflict can negative impact two dimensionalities of transactive memory systems and knowledge team performance; team task conflict can positive impact two dimensionalities of transactive memory systems and knowledge team performance; transactive memory systems can positive impact two dimensionalities of knowledge team performance; transactive memory systems plays as metavariable in the relationship between team conflict two dimensionalities and knowledge team performance.This research’s main conclusion is team conflict can obviously impact team dominant performance and team recessive performance; team conflict can obviously impact interactive memory system and dimensionalities; transactive memory systems has mediating effect between team conflict and team performance.This research result contribute to knowledge team pay attention to team conflict influence to team performance, through the correct understanding and adjusting of team conflict to increase team task performance and innovation level. In team operation process encourages constructive conflict, and avoids interpersonal relationship destructive conflict. In knowledge team should pay attention to establish transactive memory systems, since it not only can increase knowledge team’s task performance, but also can deliver positive role brought by task conflict, buffer relationship conflict’s negative effects on team performance...
