| With the rapid development of China’s domestic economy, domestic enterprises logistics demand and level also increased accordingly. More and more enterprises use the warehouse which is high level of mechanization and automation in order to change the mode of growth, to achieve intensive and meticulous management, and to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.In recent years as the decline of the domestic sporting goods market, the sports goods enterprises are reducing the circulation link and facing the market retail terminal directly as much as possible. In this position, the regional distribution center of clothing enterprises, the radiation range of which is usually only one or a few provinces, is generally servicing for local retailers or small wholesalers. It is operating with small batch and multiple batches, and not supporting for mechanization automation equipments. The RDC is mainly using traditional plane warehouse and manual operation. With high inventory and capital pressure, enterprises must improve efficiency; reduce costs especially the growing labor costs and warehousing costs of rent. The concept of modern logistics and technology applied to the traditional plane warehouse is one of the ways to solve these problems. How to find the goods’reasonable position in a warehouse and dynamically optimize of the location, is the tool to raise the utilization rate of warehouse space and to reduce the operating cost. The study of the warehouse cargo space of optimization problems, usually focus on a high degree of mechanization high-bay warehouse or automated warehouse. A lot of people did the research of these problems, and have achieved great results. As in the traditional warehouse, slotting optimization study is relatively less.In this article, the writer firstly uses the EIQ analysis to look for the best storage modelã€storage containers and sorting tool in the traditional plane warehouse which is in manual operation conditions. Then the author applies the method of ABC classification, including IQ, IK, annual, and quarterly cross, to build a product classification based on seasonal factors. The third step according to the ABC classification results, the writer estimated the storage container and the existing inventory to calculate the amount of storage required. In the calculation of planning storage process, the author used the method of combing product categories to solve the problem of "long tail" in the clothing industry which brings difficulties to logistics warehousing management, in order to effectively improve the efficiency in the use of warehouse space. Then according to the warehouse layout structure, the author selected the appropriate picking line and storage assignment strategy to identify the gold area. And the classified products are assigned to the corresponding region. Finally, based on all above steps, the write summed up the stock location model in traditional clothing warehouse, which is based on seasonal sales dynamic adjustment. |
