Retail is the final stage of the commodities circulation, and it’s also the final stage of the supply chain. So the retail circulation’s performance has a direct impact on the efficiency of enterprises and the entire supply chain. One of the retail mode, the retail chain, pursued by many enterprises becomes a very popular retail mode. The key to the control of terminal nodes in retail chain is timely and accurate grasp of the current operating conditions of each store. And the most important thing of retail management is to enhance the business processing efficiency involved in servicers. The paper studies the problem of the retail chain in enterprise ERP. It described the analysis, design and implementation process of the retail chain’s problems, with the UFIDA RM system as an example.UFIDA RM system consists of two parts: Retail back management system and retail front system.Retail back management system is used for the unified management of retail front systems, and improving the control of the terminal stores is very important for enterprises.ERP system servicing for retail chain sales mode must have the features which can benefit the enterprises in two key aspects:strengthening control of the terminal nodes and improving business efficiency of the terminal nodes.UFIDA RM system is involved in combined application of B/S and C/S architectures. We should do some investigation and analysis on the user’s needs of research problems.Besides, we have to be fully familiar with the original system’s structure and business content. Our research includes retail credit management, the serial numbers of commodities management, the use of coupons based on the serial numbers and the management of other warehouse-in/out vouchers. There are four types of stores defined in UFIDA RM:directly-managed stores, allied stores, self-managed counters and consignment counters, and each of them has different business processes.
