The internal control plays an important role in the enterprise risk management. Lanzhou city development investment co., LTD. was established in2006. In recent years, as the company scale grows up, subordinate company quantity increases and the staff size is also increasing, the management becomes more difficult. To achieve the strategy goal, they have to complete internal control system. However, because of the administrative management and the lack of advanced management concept and risk awareness, the company internal control exists some insufficient. For example, organization structure is not perfect; the system implementation is low and so on. This paper tries to comb the related theory of internal control and the current internal control policies and regulations reference to find out insufficient of the internal control system in Lanzhou city development investment co., LTD., and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper is divided into six parts:the first chapter of this paper is about research contents, research methods and research Ideas. In the second chapter, I will summary the internal control relevant theory. Then, how those insufficient come into being will be analyzed. In the fourth chapter I will put forward constructive suggestions.
