Credit Risk Management Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In QY Branch Of ADBC Under Transformation Background

As the market economy further, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises’(abbreviated as SMEs) play an important role in activating the market, creating more jobs, technological innovation and the people’s living, and become an important part of the national economy, as well as more and more important role in the economic operation. In order to solve the problem of financing of SMEs, the government also introduced a series of policies to encourage financial institutions to support SMEs financing. On the other hand, the problem of policy banks’transition has been an important part of the reform of the financial system. In order to better meet the demands of economic development, policy banks of China gradually try to commercial operation. Agricultural Development Bank of China(abbreviated as ADBC) as the only one policy bank of agricultural, under the background of the transformation, facing the obvious problems and bottlenecks in the development, such as functional orientation, business fields, operating manners and so on, we must change the mode of development, innovate business ideas, seek new economic growth point. Developing the loan business for SEMs, it is the inevitable choice for the transformation of ADBC, is also an important channel to broaden the source of profits.The object of this study is the QY Branch of ADBC. on the basis of analysis of SME credit management status of the QY Branch, combined with theoretical knowledge and analyzed the problem of the SMEs’credit risk management, and learned from domestic and foreign commercial banks advanced experience, then proposed the relevant recommendations on the issue of Credit risk Management of small and medium-sized enterprises in QY Branch of ADBC Under Transformation Background.
