From1757to1813, between the British east India company conquered Bengal and its India trade monopoly was revoked, that was the main period of the company rule in India. Bengal was one of India’s richest regions, land-revenue was an important means of company to extract wealth, from Short-term revenue farming,"five-years settlement","ten-years settlement" until permanent settlement, the Company constantly adjusted the land-revenue administration in the colonial process, its ultimate goal was not to promote the development of Bengal, but to support British domestic economy.This paper mainly expounds that the process of the Company to establish regime in Bengal gradually, summarizes traditional land-revenue administration of Mughal empire, and emphatically analyzes the process and influence of the land-revenue administration which the company carried out in Bengal. During the colonizational process, the social development of Bengal was interrupted, and it became the subservient to the capitalist world market eventually.
