Real estate consulting industry is a new industry generated with development of real estate in China. Its main function is to provide intermediary service to links from production, circulation and consumption in real estate industry and its service runs through the overall process of economic operation of real estate industry including land acquisition at early stage, value assessment, economic measurement, feasibility research, design and planning, marketing plan and advertising promotion for real estate. As an important part of real estate industry, this industry is characterized by internally asset-light and talent-oriented strategy which belongs to knowledge and technology intensive industry and externally serviceability, mobility and flexibility which belongs to typical service industry.Since reform and open, along with deepening of urban housing system reform and rapid development of real estate industry, number of employees in real estate consulting industry increases swiftly, industry scale expands continuously and scope of business area extends constantly, so development of industry pushes forward activeness of real estate market, improvement of industrial system and market function actively and real estate consulting industry has become an import link in our real estate industry chain and indispensable constituent part in market system of real estate. In the meantime, short development time, insufficient development experience, lower industrial profession as well as unsound laws and regulations result in a good many shortages of such industry in development process.Starting with analysis of problems existed in current operating situation of Shenzhen Joinsun Real Estate Consulting Co., Ltd and combining with analysis of external macro environment, situation of industry competition as well as internal advantage and disadvantages, this thesis puts forward strategy and methods of implementation and guarantee suitable to development of company through comprehensive utilization of multiple strategic management tools such as PEST macro-environment analytical model, Porter five forces model, external factor evaluation matrix (EFE Matrix), internal factor evaluation matrix (1FE Matrix) and enterprise SWOT analysis.It can produce essential practical significance for the company’s own development and reference of such industry through research on development strategy of Shenzhen Joinsun Real Estate Consulting Co., Ltd.
