Contemporary management thinking in Japan along with the development of the Japanese management practices and continuous development, the history of postwar Japan’s high-speed growth, making the Japanese management ideas and management practices gradually attracted the attention of other countries. Study of contemporary Japanese management thought as well as the management philosophy of Japanese companies, contribute to the continuous development and improvement of management ideas and management practices.Special geographic environment in Japan, their "home" culture, collectivist cultures and growing rice culture and unique cultural background, gave birth to the soil management thinking. Japanese management thought and its history of capitalist development, the same strain, roughly from the Meiji Restoration so far can be divided into three different stages:traditional management, scientific management and modern management stage.
