Through the literature analysis method, this paper inductive research results of domestic and foreign scholars in related fields and Build guarantee financial risk evaluation index system. Through the index system, we can evaluate the guarantee risk. After the risk assessment system was determined, we apply the system on a random public company and draw a conclusion.
