The study of industry cluster, scholars used to geography, natural resources,technology as the point of view, at present, From the perspective of system researchof industrial cluster is a new Angle. After the reform and opening, got the greatdevelopment of industrial cluster in our country, from which we can get a lot ofinformation to research industrial clusters. Industry cluster based on the selection ofsystem as the research object, based on the reality of the development of industrycluster in our country, use the system in the perspective of institutional economics, theuse of case and comparative analysis, system analysis method, study the influence ofthe system of industrial cluster development, explore the sustainable development ofindustry cluster system.Thesis conclusions are: one is the industrial cluster belongs to the content of theinstitutional economics framework, system is particularly important for thedevelopment of industrial cluster. The second is the formal institutional factorsaffecting the development of industrial clusters by the policies and regulations andindustry associations. Three is informal institutional factors affecting the developmentof industrial clusters mainly composed of entrepreneur spirit and regional culture.
