The Research Of Software Enterprises Human Capital Pricing

In the context of knowledge-based economy, the software companies as one of the high-tech industry have developed rapidly and become one of the pillars of the national economy. Human capital plays a decisive role in the software enterprises and it is the source of excess earnings.so the human capital value determines the stand or fall of enterprise.But the lack of targeted software enterprise value measurement model of human capital,software companies unable to get the correct evaluation about human capital pricing. As a result of it, on the one hand, the software employee motivation is not high, they can not give full play of human capital.This may be a serious influence of software enterprises’s development. on the other hand, because lacking of pricing standard, human capital pricing is too high or too low. It is significate to research software enterprise value of human capital measurement.Based on human capital theory and human capital pricing theory research and combined with a summary of the Software Human Capital Pricing influencing factor at home and abroad, the formation of human capital pricing of software companies influencing factors system is found in this paper. According to the index system, the questionnaire survey is designed.The questionnaire survey result will be used to the SPSS software as as the factor.SPSS software will get the eight factors of enterprises’ human capital pricing.The innovation of this paper is about3parts:1, the theory of human capital pricing specific is applied in software Human Capital Pricing.This is much different from the usual in such research which focus on general talent pricing theory.The usual way may be lack of empirical research using;2, Software companies as the specific research and environment variables;3, Some evaluation dimensions and methods are put forward for the software enterprise, these influence factors can be used for further study.
