| On the era of the mobile Internet, most industry accelerates integration. Corporate network becomes the morphology of the industry. Coopetition is the key relationships between enterprises network. It becomes an important topic for enterprises to think about how to seize the opportunity to seek their own development path, selecting the applicable development strategy, and further enhancing their core competitiveness.First, this article reviews the study of social networks at home and abroad, enterprises competing relations and mobile Internet-related researches. The results show that there are few studies for enterprise networks competing under specific industry background, especially for the Mobile Internet Companies (MIC) from the micro-level. Secondly, it defines the concept of enterprises competing relationship, social network analysis and network organizations. Enterprise network organization researches are outlined. On the basis of previous studies, it sets out a general model to analyze the enterprise network organizations coopeting and raises three issues need to be addressed. Then, it use the model combined with the four-quadrant diagram to analyze corporate competitive situation of the MIC, reveal the competing acts strength, competing position characteristics and potential evolution path and answer the issues raised.Based on the analysis above, explore the competing motives of the typical enterprises. Then, analysis the current competing situation of MIC and find out the competing trends are:User-oriented competing becomes highlight; Open, collaborative and sharing are competing philosophy; Competing business is diversification, differentiation and personalization; Competing pattern is multilateral. Five competing strategic relational schemas has been proposed, such as sustainable compete, sustainable cooperate, cooperate after compete first, compete after cooperate first, compete and cooperate alternating. Finally, propose competing strategies for MIC:(1) strong strategy of compete after cooperate first for network operators;(2) change strategy of compete and cooperate alternating for hardware manufacturers;(3) stable strategy of cooperate after compete first for operating system providers;(4) flexible strategy of sustainable cooperate for application providers. |
