A Study On Improvement Proposal For Post Design For DR Representative Office In China

With the development of global economy, as a special commercial subject, Representative office is playing an increasing role in international trade exchange activities. It is not only a pioneer of many foreign brands entering China market, but also the base of many international trade firms lowing cost to optimize allocation of the resources. However, no representative office still faces some urgent contradictions and problems, which have certain adverse effects on the long-term stable development on the office. Only the office strives to improve its organizations, basic quality of the employees and their productivity, can the office achieves sustainable development, plays its role in the exchange and cooperation of international trade, and raises its level in the foreign trades. To achieve this goal, the office should design the posts, requirements and tasks based on the concept of "people-oriented" anagement, optimizing the human resources.Taking the post design of DR Representative Office in China as the study object, through analyzing the current situation of the post design, this paper aims to figure out its deficits, and then brings forward improvement proposals and solutions to the difficulties during the implementation of these proposals. First of all, this paper introduces in detail the relevant theory of post design based on the advanced experience both at home and abroad. Second, this paper analyzes in depth the current situation of the DR Representative Office in China, and comes up with the improvement ideas and ways. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the difficulties when carrying out these improvement programs, and raises the countermeasures.
