Study On Intervention Subject And Intervention Channel Of Household Food Security

This paper studies the problem of household food security interventions in order toimprove the consumer behavioral and cognitive level of household food security, and exploreseffective interventions to ensure food safety in the household environment. Throughquestionnaire and data analysis, we found out that consumers in household environment got ahigher incorrect rate in food handling behavior in China, including some common sense, such asseparation, food preservation at room temperature, cleaning, thawing raw meat, usage of plasticwrap and etc. household food security intervention is refers to the education and guidance tostorage, processing and cooking food. Consumers who are Low income, low educational leveland living in rural become High-risk groups, which becomes the hazard analysis and criticalcontrol point of household food security.This paper uses the technology acceptance model, and makes use of structural equation onthe study and analysis of intervention subjects and intervention channels of household foodsecurity. We analyze the influence factors of the acceptance of consumers on interventionchannels through four items, namely Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude andIntention. In the study of intervention subjects on household food security, we add an item ofTrust to modify the technology acceptance model and analyze the influence factors of theacceptance of consumers on intervention channels.This paper gives countermeasures and suggestions on the model of the exploration ofhousehold food security intervention. The focus of intervention is the household food securitybehaviors of High-risk groups. Therefore, we present a bold assumption that taking householdfood security as a course into school and conduct differentiation and individuation interventionfor High-risk groups. At the same time, we take the household interview as the interventionchannel, television and radio channels as the auxiliary intervention channels and takegovernment department as the intervention subject, hospital and school as the auxiliaryintervention subjects coordinately so as to improve the consumer behaviors and cognition ofhousehold food security, and to improve environment of household food security.
