Quality cost management (QCM) is a set of activities that conducted by theenterprise utilizing departments and personnel related to quality function for thequality cost of products. With used widely in the construction industry, quality costmanagement comprehensively reflects applicability and economy of the quality of aproject, so the quality cost management has very important significance forconstruction enterprises.This article focuses on the current situation and the existing problems of qualitycost management of construction enterprises in our county. It has mainly studied thepresent situation of quality cost management in Group A, and has analyzed the causesof these problems. The study of Group A is developed with the method of fieldinvestigation and research under the help of the economy philosophy of quality,which makes the theory and practice closely linked.By analyzing Group A quality cost management, there are a wide range of issues,such as the not matching of theory of cost management and cost control programs, thenot complete eradicating of cause of the cost of quality loss, the lack of quality costaccounting and appropriate idea to analyze the quality loss cost, not taking the rightapproach to deeply study the prediction and management of the cost of qualityprograms, and not having a good financial support for quality cost management.Although the company implemented a quality cost management, there are a lot ofproblems in quality costing and analysis of quality loss. To solve these problems, thispaper combined with our construction management of construction enterprises statusand the actual situation of the A Group and proposed a centric solution based on" three establishments and one change” as a guiding tool to establish a reasonableimplementation of the program and framework. The article focused on the existingsituation and problems of the Liaoning Group A "(referred to as the" Group A ")” tobuild correct cost of quality management programs. Through the implementation ofthis package, the enterprise in accordance with the characteristics holds many lessonsfor effective cost of quality management and control, reduces the cost of quality,receives a significant effect, and becomes a good example of the implementation ofquality cost management in the construction industry.Meanwhile, it provides a good example through the rational use and practice ofthe research method that expands the relevant theoretical knowledge. It is beneficialfor business to increase its interests and long-term development by taking QCMresearch for problems happened in construction enterprises, enabling enterprise toreduce costs and increasing the efficiency of production and management. Therefore,it has an important significance for enterprise to truly achieve the strategy of "highquality, low cost".
