Cloud platform by means of distributed data processing technology, resourcevirtualization technology, programmable interface (API) management technologyand cellular security technology and other related cloud to cloud infrastructure toprovide application services to users. The cyber source like water and electricity isconvenient and simple, completely change the user’s habits, to improve customersatisfaction and change the current business service model.As the young people surfing the Internet and shopping has become a habit andfashion and production companies began operating in trouble thinking directly facethe competition in the market trend, many enterprises engaged in electronic saleschannels of their own, how to get consumers to retain, after sale service is good orbad is very important. F company as the world’s top500large EMS productionenterprises, how to improve it in after sale service customer satisfaction is the key.Improve the user’s customer service satisfaction analysis method is a very complexproblem is difficult to solve the old. In this paper, through the application of the newcloud technology combined with the idea of SIXSIGMA, through the projectmanagement tools focus studied from four aspects: carries on the analysis to theinvestigation report of electric industry, electric industry operating difficulties;through the analysis of the application of SIXSIGMA thinking and problem analysistools, from the characteristics of the cloud, the process of analysis of internal andexternal business and the F company’s market environment, the after sale servicesystem cloud platform needs are studied; in the research and development of aftersale service system cloud platform, including the analysis of the influence of aftersale service quality key factors, analysis application system after sale service system cloud platform contain, the whole system network architecture and after sale servicesystem on the cloud platform development process control and risk management;through the analysis of the application of new cloud technology and problem in thesystem at the beginning of the trial, a set of management and evaluation mechanism isestablished from the point of view of management, system to solve and prevent thebusiness customer service main problems occur to improve the business. Usersatisfaction.In three years (2010to2013) after sale services research literature period, priorto the after sale service research in electronics industry as well as in the automotiveindustry research, in the electronic commerce field, most of the previous studies arefrom either for single system or study problems after sale service management angle.The innovation of this paper is to study addressing is a pioneer of the after saleservice system problems, the latest research results of the science and technologycreative application and from the point of view of after sale service to customerservice service, make the process more simple and convenient, not only for thecustomer service personnel to bring is more simple operation, but also to usecollaboration square (logistics staff and users), enjoy the same service to service andapplication of subversion. In this paper, another innovation is the application ofmanagement theory to establish a set of management evaluation mechanism, speciallydesigned for all parties involved in the constraints, are evaluated for all participants,such as constraints and evaluation of user behavior, either within the organization oroutside the organization involved are naturally follow their own constraints, to ensurethe efficient operation of the system.
