Along with development and improvement of market economy and theinternational process, enterprise faces market competition becomes increasinglyfierce. In the fierce competition environment, enterprise distribution channelsproblems are increasing day by day, serious influence the enterprise distributionbenefits. In this situation the enterprises want to keep the market share and ongoingmarket expansion: first, make distribution channels layout more reasonable,therefore make the distribution decisions will stand in the height of the strategicplanning of enterprise distribution channel for overall layout. Second, make thedistribution decisions will have to be scientific, more precise.First of all, the paper on the base of reading a lot of related literature at homeand abroad, studies about marketing theory, market distribution theory and planningtheory, and on the basis of the analysis of the current enterprise distribution channelsin operation of the problems and their causes. Consider the enterprise is necessary inthe distribution channels when combined with the construction enterprise strategydistribution planning. Second, standing in the height of the market distributionplanning by the methods of qualitative analysis from the macro environment and theindustrial environment in two of the target market for analysis. Finally, in front ofthe work on the basis of quantitative and qualitative analysis method of combiningthe market to choose from, distribution channel selection, sales and marketing teamto share.This paper using qualitative and quantitative methods to the enterprise marketdistribution of global planning, in the enterprise new market selection, distributionchannel in the choice of using the method of qualitative analysis, the share of sales,sales team scale and regional distribution center using quantitative method forplanning, distribution efficiency evaluation of enterprise with the qualitative andquantitative analysis method to establish evaluation system.This article through to the following market distribution planning researchpurpose: scientific and reasonable market selection and distribution center planning,causes the enterprise to efficient and fast way to transfer target market products andservice, improve the distribution efficiency and reduce distribution costs; Throughthe reasonable planning sales share area, make each sales area sales potential is average, which can effectively prevent the channel conflict behavior occurred;Company sales team to reasonable planning, optimization enterprise sales team scaleand benefit.
