The Summary Of The Tongcheng Fenghuang Mount High Efficiency Of Agriculture And Forestry Ecological Industrial Park’s Projects And Policies Research

This study is mainly focus on the two leading industry chains-the production of pollution-freevegestable and the production and processing of camellia,in accordance with the demands of currentdevelopment of modern agriculture as well as the construction of the park in Industrializationtheory,communitization pattern and the management of the park style.The study of the theory combinethe local industry and peasant households with the situation of the soil and environment,and thefunctional pattern is tested on several bases and the park in order to build the park into a Integrationefficient management,the clean production processing park together with the security of the foodproduction,processsing,the foreigh exchange earning,dynamic pattern of the High Efficiency of theIndustry Park.The overall design planning of fenghuangshan high efficiency agriculture and forest ecologicalindustrial park in tongcheng county was expatiate. The planning content, guiding ides and principle ofthe industrial park was described in detail.Measures for realizing the planning of industrial park wasdiscussed in the end of the paper. It was proposed that the relationship among regional planning, overallplanning of land use and overall planning of the city should be coordinated to realize the planning ofindustrial park. By insisting on the development idea of circular economy should be insisted, makingsufficient, flexible and proper use of related national policy, innovating agricultural organization,keeping pace with the times, the industrial park would be fulfilled with fresh activity.With the twoprinciples of the paper are the scientific development and the cycle development, the design andprogramming also make a difference in the production of the pollution-free vegetable and processingbase and supporting facilities. Besides, the article also makes the park’s construction, functions, and thelayout in a scientific way. The bases of the camellia production have a area of8000mu,the processingfacilities and bases cover an area of200mus which can deep process50,000tons camellia seeds, it stillhas a area of100mu of the camellia famous species gardens. Pollution-free vegetables production andprocessing bases have set about2000acres of vegetable production bases, including600mu shedvegetable bases(contains10mu high standard demonstration gardens),and400mu of the open-airvegetable base, vegetable processing workshop, distribution center. The training center combined withstudy, training, reception has a area of200mu, the center can serve30～50guests in a single day. Thewell-designed park also contains park road system, water supply system, drainage system, rain waterpipe network, power supply system and other auxiliary facilities.In this paper, the realization of park’s future construction is deeply discussed and thoughtfullyplanned so as to follow cycle economy development theory, and make the policy of the agriculture tothe fullest for the peasant households.
