Logistics industry wasreferred to “the last piece of the economy’s dark continent†by Peter Drucker. Now thelogistics industry is considered “the third profit sources†and become one of the goldenindustry of the economic development. The loading and unloading activities as the partof the logistics process are not to create value, but it can save the original value. And thefrequency of occurrence of the loading and unloading activities in the logistics process isvery high and its influence for the cost is very large. Therefore, the loader problems playa very important role in the development of the logistics industry. This paper is a study for the loader problems of logistics enterprises. There are twomain points of innovation. The first innovation viewpoint gave the optimal solution and optimal value of themodel in the dual simplex algorithm when a stevedore’s costs p i(qj)and his abilitys i(tj)is proportional. The specific algorithm of this problem was given. The results ofthis study show that you can direct the outcome for these special issues as long as thespecific value of the variable to identify the conditions in line with the model in reality. So the cost control problem of the loader problems could be solved in proceduralmethods and the interference of human factors was reduced. The second innovation viewpoint first proposed the cost-over turning model P5.1.1of loader problems. This model P5.1.1was added two constraints and and then was proved that it is NP-complete. According to the cost-over turning models, a specific model of the cost-over turning models is given in paper5.2. The existence of its solution was discussed in the simplex algorithm. Another specific model of the cost-over turning model was also given in paper5.3. And the existence of its solution was proved in pure mathematics methods. In paper5.2and5.3, respectively, the existence of solutions of the model two types of special model of the cost-over turning models was discussed in two different methods, and concluded that the solution of the two types of models are unbounded. The results of this study show that the enterprises entirely possible lost profits if the deployment of personnel is not good. Therefore, the cost-over turning model is necessary. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | loader Problems, the operational research, optimal values, optimalsolutions, cost-over turning models | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
