Studies On Borrowing Behavior Of Peasant Households In Huangshan County

Building new socialist countryside is an important history mission in our process of modernization,and the key piont of building new socialist countryside is solving the problems about Agriculture,Rural areas and Peasantry.With the deepen of reform and openning,and the developing of rurul economic,the trend of the agricultural people turning into“non-agriculturization”is obvious,the pace of agriculture structure adjustment is faster and faster.The economic development of rural and the structure adjustment can’t keep going without the support of rurual finance.Funds problem has become the major limiting factor of China’s peasants’life and development,and domestic and foreign scholars have made many studies related to this problem.Peasant housholds is the main part of rurul finance demand, with the peasant housholds as the starting point to studying the borrowing behavior of peasant households,it’s very significant for the efficiency of rural financial institution, confirming market position and the development of rural economic.So in this paper, I choose the peasant households in Anhui Huangshan county which has abuntant tourist resourse as the object of study, trying to find the factors affecting the financingl demands, then analyse and summarize the essential feature and some related suggestion in order to making the rural finance provide better service for rural economical development.This paper is based on the basis of summaring the previous reseachers’ results,reviewing the rural finance theory briefly,then analysing the sample data from questionnare.At first,analyzing the general feature of peasant households briefly,then foucing on reaserching the peasant households with different bisiness types about the differences of borrowing tatal level,the use of borrowing and the method of borrowing, finally to gain the essential feature of peasant households’ borrowing behavior.Secondly, analyzing the factors of effecting the peasant households’ borrowing behavior, firstly get the using the initial conclution by using the Oneway Anove,then get the futher result such as the farmer’s agricutrul acreage,tea garden area and the main economic sourse have siginificant impact on the borrowing bahavior by using logit Model.At last giving some suggestion on the basis.This paper is consisted of six parts.The fourth to the sixth part are the main body of this paper.The dissertation is structured as follows: Part1,Intruduction.This part discusses the research bachground and siginificance,research content and method,and possible innovation and disadanvantages.Part2,Literature review.This part reviwing the domestic and foreign related reseach,it made of the theory reseach of peasant households behavior,borrowing behavior,the method of reseaching of borrowing behavior and comment on the literature.Part3,The basic theory of peasant households’borrowing behavior.It contains the concept of peasant household,classic peasant proposition and related rurual finance theory such as The Rational Peasant.Part4The essential feature of peasant households’borrowing behavior in Huangshan county.This part analyses the general feature of the peasant households,the cognition situation on the rurul credit cooperative and the difference about the borrowing behavior in different business style families.Part5The factor of affecting the borrowing behavior.On the basis of analysing the theoretical assumption of the borrowing behavior,use the Oneway Avone and Logit Regression analysis to get the factors.Part6The conclution.This part summarizes the forword literature, getting the basic feature and the factors of peasant borrowing behavior,finally give some related suggestion.
