Optimization Based On The The Barzel Theory Of Agricultural Land Property Rights Structure

The understanding of the structure of agricultural land property rights is based on the perspective of the legal rights, taking into account the differences between the subjects of rights and its affect among various rights constitute, But it is too broad and abstract.The acquisition of property rights is determined by property ownership, political system, legal and moral and ethical. In this paper, using Barzel property rights theory to analyze the agricultural land ownership structure of China, and discuss how to optimize the structure of agricultural land property rights. Then, combing the present stage of agricultural land property rights system briefly, and it shows that the agricultural land property rights is ambiguous, the property rights owned by the state, rural collective organizations and farmers, the three parties (especially between the rural collective economic organizations and farmers) interact and restraint each other to control parties right when exercise the control rights, it is only be determined through negotiation or even bargaining.
