The pay system is one of the most important part of corporate human resources management system, a reasonable salary management system plays a crucial important role in the process of enterprise to achieve strategic objectives. A scientific system of remuneration, can become boosters of enterprise development, to attract and retain good employees, to strengthen incentives for employees, to improve employee satisfaction, and to promote enterprise performance. This article is based on the theory of compensation management, integrated use of job evaluation methods of science and technology, combined with the actual situation of the business strategic goals and human resources, optimize and improve enterprise compensation management program in order to adapt to market changes, and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. Modern pay system design process to face a wide range of information and data, and the use of scientific data modeling techniques can be quantified and then analyzed in the compensation management problems. In the remuneration system design process, the integrated use the work, such as analytic hierarchy process. Thesis combines YT biotechnology company strategic objectives and Human Resource Management and Salary Management, R&D personnel as the research object, discussed include basic salary, performance pay, benefits and other R&D personnel optimize the design of the overall remuneration.Thesis research on the TY company to optimize R&D personnel salary system has a role in the promotion, establishment and optimization of similar biopharmaceutical research and development personnel salary system with reference value.
