The opinion of corporate social responsibility plays a vital role on the development of enterprises, and good corporate reputation can improve corporate image and then promote the brand assets. The brand equity research of consumer market field is mature, but the industrial brand equity (B2B) is just beginning. Through reviewing relevant literature, this paper attempts to answer the following questions according to the point of customers:Can the corporate social responsibility and reputation have the influence on brand assets of B2B market areas? Can the corporate social responsibility, reputation and industrial brand asset have the impact on corporate brand performance? If having the impact, what’s the effect path? Finally, this study provide the theoretical guidance and practical significance for our industrial brand construction.
