The Extension Project Pre-evaluation Of200MW Grade Combined Cycling Units

The project pre-evaluation is an important link of engineering construction projects’pilot studies. Electric power construction projects as the basic project, is complicated system engineering, its evaluation and decision related to investors, borrowers and the government.This paper is to the pre-evaluation and research of200MW grade combined cycling units’expansion project of the Thermoelectric No.1Plant of Ningxia Western Thermal Power Co., LTD. First of all, the paper analyzes the present situation and development planning of Ningxia electric grid, and demand for power and heating power; Secondly, this paper analyzes and evaluates the project site choice of200MW grade combined cycling units’expansion project; Finally, it makes the investment estimation and economic evaluation, at the same time, it does risk analysis and economic and social impact analysis.Through the analysis, the project is feasible in technology, the construction of projects is very necessary. The construction of this project is consistent with National Policy, it makes contributes to the city centralized heat supply and energy saving and the environment improving, and it ensures the safe operation of the central heating systems and sustainable development.
