The Analysis On Situation Of Science And Technology Application In New Rural Construction

The science and technology is the primary productive force. The application of science andtechnology plays an important role in the new rural construction, which enormously promotesthe rural development progress. The new rural construction is one of the important policies inChina’s plan of implementing the comprehensive well-off society program. Peasants occupy aconsiderable proportion in our country’s population; therefore, the completeness of ourcomprehensive well-off plan is directly determined by the rural residents’ well-off level. In orderto doing better the construction of new countryside, science and technology should be widelyused in rural areas.The role of the application of science and technology in the new ruralconstruction is mainly expounded in four aspects in this paper, which are the rural infrastructureimprovement, rural environment improvement, rural talents training and rural industrydevelopment. As to how to develop science and technology in the new rural construction andanalyze how to apply science and technology more rigorously, meanwhile the demonstration ofthe application of science and technology should be demonstrated by science and technologyethics restriction, trying to solve the problems of slow development and abuse of science andtechnology in rural area, are also discussed in this paper.
