In recent years, along with economic development, modern service industry is developing fast. As an important component of modern service industry, logistics industry also develops rapidly. Logistics refers to the flow process, which goods transfer from the supply side to the receiving side. Modern logistics combines information flow, capital flow with logistics to provide users with efficient service. Logistics is becoming more and more important in China. The logistics industry and other industries of the economy promote each other, and all of them develop fast. By the end of2010, network both urban and rural distribution has been initially formed. Management system of logistics has been basically established.During the11th Five-Year Plan stage, the economy in Shandong Province has made a very good development. The total retail sales of logistics reachedï¿¥10.6trillion, increased by287.1billon. Logistics in Shandong Province, to some extent, accelerates the development of economy in Shandong. Therefore, studying the development of logistics of Shandong Province is of great importance.This paper is based on the theory of input-output and industrial complex networks, analyzing the data of logistics in Shandong. In this paper, first it introduces the research background and significance. Second it makes literature review of logistics, input-output analysis and industrial complex networks. Third, it analyzes the status of the logistics industry in Shandong Province and describes its achievements in the past, then describes both the opportunities and challenges in the future. This paper define8sectors(railway transport, road transport, the city public transport, water transport, air transport, pipeline transport, handling and other transport and warehousing) as logistics industry. According to the data of the input-output table of Shandong Province in2007, this paper makes input-output analysis and industrial complex network analysis of this table. In the end, according to the results of these analysis, this paper gives some recommendations of the development of logistics in Shandong Province. |
