Study On The Development Of E-commerce Logistics Mode

China is currently in the golden age of electronic commerce development which also gives our logistics industry a huge market opportunity. The development of the electronic commerce is inseparable from modern logistics’support. And at present stage the development of China’s logistics industry lags far behind the electronic commerce development, which have been an restriction. The purpose of this paper is to analysis electronic business logistics mode with SWOT analysis method.And to help the business enterprise picking their best suit mode.This paper first analyzes on domestic common electronic business logistics mode using the SWOT analysis method, including self-built logistics system mode, the traditional business share logistics system model, outsourced to the third party logistics model, and appeared relatively lately time logistics alliance mode. This paper mainly analyzes the four models’ advantages and disadvantages, and briefly analyzes each mode’s opportunities and threat. Secondly, the paper studies on the evaluation indices which are used to choose logistics mode. Based on the idea of balanced scorecard method, the paper studies many aspects,such as the logisticst infrastructure, the logisticst service capability,the logisticst operators capability, and so on. And to define indices of logistics mode selection; Finally, to fix the weight of indices with the method of fuzzy evaluation and analytic hierarchy process.At present to the B2C e-commerce mode, logistics has become the key to competition. But our logistics industry development lags, the logistics capability is insufficient, the service level is not high, informationization level is low, and they are distant to the requirements of electronic business. Through analyzing existing electronic business logistics mode, electronic business enterprise can better known the advantages and the problems of the logistics mode. They could make scientific and reasonable choice when selecting logistics modes, with lower cost and better customer service.
