With China’s accession to the world trade organization and process of global economic integration advancement, China’s industry in the development of history opportunity. Automobiles, home appliances, engineering, agriculture, forestry, machinery and other industries into the high-speed development period, corresponding matching the demand of seal products also increased steadily for rubber seal industry has brought new opportunities for development. But the rapid development of the economy at the same time, the famous foreign companies and domestic private enterprises have to seal industry, in addition, in recent years raw materials and artificial cost increase, make the seal between enterprise and market more competitive, the K seal the development of the company form severe challenges.K company is a professional design, manufacture and sale of rubber seal products of high and new technology enterprise, founded in1976, the main products are oil seal, O ring, dust cover, leakage-proof pad and groceries parts, etc. This paper focuses on the K seal company’s competitive strategy, work out suitable for the development of the company’s competitive strategy plan. Papers to the competitive strategy theory as the foundation, USES the field investigation and data analysis, literature, historical research method, the objective system analysis and research of sealing industry external macro, medium environment, including the state policies, laws and regulations, social environment and technology environment, market capacity and growth, five competitive forces analysis value chain and industry key success factors analysis, etc.; A detailed analysis and research the enterprise internal environment, including enterprise’s operation situation, the resource capacity, the development phase analysis, development intend to research; Through the SWOT model detailed analysis of K seal company’s own advantage, disadvantage and K seal company facing the opportunities and threats, to make the company’s strategic formation matrix. Using QSPM (quantitative strategic planning matrix) to K seal company three basic competitive strategy objective quantitative evaluation and choice, according to the quantitative results and strategic planning, the basic competition strategy schemes of quality sorting, determine K seal company shall select differentiation strategy.
