Therefore, effective measures must be taken from the government, enterprise and society. Firstly, we must improve and optimize the policy environment, in order to broaden the financing channels and improve financial services, as well as improve and optimize the service environment to form an intermediary service market and a intermediary service system. The second is that enterprises should be helped to strengthen the capacity of self-development and the talent introduction and training, which could create a honesty, friendliness and corporate culture.
