The family business, a common form of economic organization, has a significant share in the world economy. We can see the family governance has its unique advantages. Culture in the many factors that affect the family business governess, is the one affected farthest. Since the policy of reform and opening up, the family business is growing year by year. But the rare phenomenon of family business tells us there are many difficulties and obstacles in the initiative or passive of the developing adjustment process. It shows that there are existence of contradictions and trade-offs between the traditional governance ideology and the structure adjustment of family business. The family business, based on modern "Company Law", is the personification of economic organization, known as "legal persons", and had its independence. But the nature person who insight, consciously, feel self or feel others, is both the creators of corporate but also the implementation of the governance mechanisms. In this paper, the analysis of the cultural psychological impact of family business governance, let us believes that what governance model the family business chosen should accord with its own features, and the key of governance is correct and reasonable use of the governance ideology of the Chinese culture for thousands of years, to balance the relationships between those persons who represent the knowledge, skills and capital, and ensure that the critical person can play its due role.
