Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Interaction Between Manufacturing And Logistics Industry

As the pillar industry of the national economy, the Manufacturing is an important part ofthe second industry, which has gave a big boost to the development of national economy.While the change of the form of China’s industrial structure from “two-three-one”to“three-two-one”, the development of Manufacturing, as same as the Logistics industry, whichpossesses of considerable proportion in the tertiary industry, has become an inevitable trend.Compared to the foreign, the development of the logistics in China lags behind that of themanufacturing industry. The announcement of relevant policies and the release of demand tothe logistics, as the need to the logistics services in manufacturing, have promoted thedevelopment of logistics industry, and they also make the linkage development of the twoindustries become an inevitable, therefore the two industries must adapt to these changes inorder to the better joint development, which is also important to promote China’s economicdevelopment.This article based on the security of dynamic mechanism to the joint development ofmanufacturing and logistics industry, focuses on the dynamic mechanism and their modelswhich are to ensure the smooth progress. At first, it provides the definition of the jointdevelopment and summarizes the present study of joint development between manufacturingand logistics industry both at home and abroad, notes that the status and the necessity of thejoint development of China’s manufacturing and logistics industry with empirical analysismethod, and gets the result that has a long-term steady development and Granger causalitybetween the two industries: manufacturing led the development of the logistics industry, andlogistics industry also contributed to the development of manufacturing; Secondly, on thatbasis, through the integration of resources in these two industries, this article suggests toestablish an effective logistics informational platform, in order to make the effectiveconvergence of manufacturing and logistics industry, summarize the present status at eachstage of their each development and note the model of dynamic mechanism based on theirevolution path. By analysis and comparison, it gets that each model adapts to differentmanufacturers, and that the assembling development of two major industrial is the trend of thejoint development, and that establishment of manufacturing agglomeration areas and a large logistics building is the final result of joint development. A good dynamic mechanism canprovide a good way to ensure the development of the model of mechanisms; Finally, with thedefinition of dynamic mechanism, on the basis of trust and reducing costs, we found amechanism which including the development of two joint industry. The implementation ofbusiness reengineering process is the fundamental approach to the development ofmanufacturing and the improvement of logistics function of manufacturing gathering area is agood way to promote the development of logistics industry. Reasonable distribution ofbenefits, a sound credit system and innovative mechanisms, personnel training and policysupport is important for the joint development of manufacturing and logistics system.
