Information technology provides support for the smooth, efficient and effectiveoperation of a company. The information technology develops from informationprocessing to intelligent analyze and decision making. The traditional informationconstruction has confronted many problems, such as investment structure, integrityand repeated construction, which affected the effect of information construction.Many researches put forward different solutions from various aspect, and among them,cloud computing was taken as a new way.After cloud computing born in2006, it became a hot topic in many fields and alot of applications was build based on it. For the information construction, productand service named like online software, cloud server and cloud storage arises. Thosehave changed the efficiency and effectiveness of traditional information construction.Many studies believe that cloud computing can solve the problems in informationconstruction and most of the researches proved that in theoretical way.Based on the former researches, this paper develops cloud computing andinformation construction scale. Companies around world were investigated. Thestatistics of companies which use and do not use cloud computing were collected.This paper use statistical analysis and structural equation to find the relationshipsbetween cloud computing and information construction. The result shows that somecloud computing plan can solve some problems effectively.This paper verified that cloud computing works in solving the informationconstruction problems. And it also finds out the relationship between them. Somesuggestions were give to the companies which want to use cloud computing and thisresearch has broaden the study method of this topic.
