Research On Regional Financial Cluster Development Mode

Financial industry cluster as a micro-foundation for building financial center has attracted much attention in the field of regional economic. To summarize the successful experience of foreign regional financial industry cluster, assess the development degree of the financial industry cluster in our region and conclude the different development mode and path has important theoretical and practical significance to solve the bottleneck of the financial resources in the regional economic growth.The Thesis concludes the previous research to define the basic concepts, character and feature of the regional financial industry cluster clearly by the theory, this paper includes the following four aspects:First, choose NewYork, London and Tokyo as examples, according to the interactive network model to analysis the experience of foreign regional financial industry cluster.Second, using the location quotient, regional cluster scale index and other indicators to measure the development of industrial clusters among domestic Bohai Economic Rim, Yangtze River Delta, and Pearl River Delta, using the EViews5.0to test various dynamic factors of Granger causality tests, to find out the main driving force factors on the development of the financial industry cluster, defined the developmental evolution stage.Third, from the dynamic factors aspect, the fourth chapter manly summarized two development models on financial industry cluster, which are demand introducing model-the natural formation and supply driven-the government lead model, and its respective paths which are the exogenous gathering and endogenous agglomeration.Four, the fifth chapter first introduces the current situation of Wuhan financial industry, and use the above conclusions, application analysis are carried out from the development stage and the formation mode path, then draws a comprehensive conclusion that,the insurance play the most important role in the development of financial industry, promote several policy suggestion to the future development of Wuhan’s target to be the area financial center.
