Research On Influencing Factors Of Enterprise Immune System

Since the information technology revolution after arrival, the social economy’s rate of change has been more and more quickly. In this rapidly changing and situation complex environmental condition, enterprise wants to survive, you must have good competitiveness and ability to resist risks. In order to be able to help enterprises in practice from all parties to deal with the difficulties, researchers from different angles proposed theory, and through various research theory was verified. The enterprise theory of immunity related study also it is in this context of arises at the historic moment. Many scholars in different point of view, the biological of immunology theory applied to the economy and management in related research. In these researches, professor Wang Yihua and her team use of biological immunity, the body’s immune system theory to the construction of enterprise the immune system was studied. In this thesis, it is in the immune system to enterprise on the basis of theoretical research, the enterprise immunity level of influence factors are studied.This thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter analyses in this thesis research background, and the research purpose and meaning, determined the study in this thesis the research target, the method and the main frame. And the former related research literature at home and abroad are analyzed, this thesis studies determine ideas. Chapter2in combination with previous research basis, according to the current for organization immunity, enterprise immune related theory, finishing and constructs the enterprise the immune related theory, is clear about the related concepts, the introduction of the enterprise immunity influence factors of study and lay a theoretical basis. Chapter3to enterprise immune theory as the foundation, combined with the previous research including the construction enterprise organization system, enterprise culture and enterprise strategy and the perspectives of the development of the elements of the enterprise immunity influence factor structure. At the same time, in this structure, constructing the enterprise immunity effect factors of assumptions and variable system, and determined by regression analysis, structural equation analysis and other methods to influence factors were analyzed. Chapter4, in the research framework to obtain data on the reliability and validity of testing, and on this basis to each influence factors to the regression analysis and the use of structural equation model is analysed and enterprise immunity three main influencing factors was established hypothesis, and this thesis is divided into six chapters.
