Experienced30years of reform and opening up in China, has made remarkable achievements in economic growth, but it continues to expand along with the residents’ income gap. In particular, in recent years, the widening income gap problem more and more prominent. Comrade Hu Jintao eighteen report make arrangements for the issue of reform of the income distribution, improve the proportion of residents’ income in the national income distribution, increase the proportion of labor remuneration in primary distribution, standardize the order of income distribution, and the protection of legitimate income to increase in the low-income incomes, regulate excessively high incomes and ban illegal income. In line with this objective, in-depth study of residents’ income gap problem is particularly urgent, not only has an important theoretical significance, but also has far-reaching practical significance. The goal of this study is to measure the Gini coefficient and the impact of income gap expanding the relationship between the main inducement hierarchy, the importance of understanding the factors, and thus targeted income distribution mechanism innovation and research, and building a harmonious society in China, narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor to provide a series of recommendations.The first chapter is introduction the full text.
