This paper summarizes the development status of China’s electronic informationproduct manufacturing industry, and a thorough review of relevant domestic andforeign research results.30provincial panel data from1995to2010measurementtheory and methods for empirical research to test the efficiency of the industryefficiency on the basis of the efficiency of computing technology and the spatialdifference.And then analyzeTFP rate of change of its constitution, the industry (brokendown into the rate of change of the rate of change of technological progress andtechnical efficiency). Further in this article an empirical study to test the impact offactors for this industry. End the following main conclusions:First of all, in the same economic policy environment TE level of industrial spacein the30provinces.The TE-developed provinces is significantly higher than thebackward areas the TE. Overall, the industry in all regions of TE shows the trend ofprogress in the minor concussion.Second, total factor productivity growth composition,plays a different role in thetechnological progress and efficiency of the electronic information productmanufacturing industry in China, technological advances play an active role inpromoting. However, the technical efficiency play a negative role and counteract thegrowing total factor productivity caused by technological progress.Finally, the countermeasures. The quality of the labor force, technologicaldevelopment, innovation, the government investment program, an active role in thepromotion of the industry total factor productivity, technological progress and the TE.On the basis of the findings, this paper proposes appropriate recommendations forimprovement in order to promote the overall effectiveness remains in situ industry todetermine the reasons for the differences in space. |
