| With the great increasing of the amount of cars in our country, the situation of the air pollution that caused by the automobile exhaust become more and more seriously.It is imperative that using the cleaning technology to produce clean gasoline products, in order to reduce the pollution of the environment. H Petrochemical Company has built new5000Kt/a oil refining units, then the gasoline products cannot meet the National IV Standard. Therefore, to choose the proper technology to carry out the gasoline quality upgrading project is very urgent.Appling the catalytic cracking gasoline hydrogenation desulfurization technology (GARDES) and light gasoline etherification technology (LNE) that research and development by Petrochina, using FCC gasoline hydrodesulfurization-etherified light gasoline-MTBE distillation desulfurization technology of raw material route, H petrochemical company gasoline quality upgrading project can reach the goal that’s all gasoline products meet the National IV Standard.Different cleansing scheme about technology and economic at home and abroad were discussed in this paper based on detailed investigation and study. A better way to upgrade gasoline quality for H petrochemical company is proposed. Use the petrochemical professional methods to evaluate the scheme about technology and economic, and a detailed project financial evaluation analysis conclusions are given.The total investment estimation of project is456.73million yuan. Before and after income tax was18.12%and14.98%respectively, and the internal rate of return is higher than the industry benchmark yields. Full payback period (after tax) are7.45years (including construction period2years), the investment yield is14.14%, net capital yields is16.32%, shows the good economic benefit. As can be seen from the project financial risk analysis results, this project has a certain ability to resist risks. |
