The Research On The SME’s Supply Chain Financing Model

Although China pay more and more attention to the development of small andmedium-sized enterprises （SME’s）, and tilt them on the policies and funding, butSME’s in our country is faced with capital constraints and financing difficultquestion, why the SME’s are difficult to reach these policies, how to make SME’sfinancing bottleneck breakthrough, it will be content to be discussed in this paper.First of all, this article will begin with the concept and characteristics of supplychain and supply chain financing, this article briefly introduces the three kinds ofsupply chain financing mode：advance-payment financing mode, the chattel pledgefinancing mode, and accounts receivable financing mode. Then, this article willpoint out our country small and medium-sized enterprise financing present situation,and on this basis to explore our country small and medium-sized enterprises onfinancing problems and how to use the supply chain financing model to solve thisproblem. Take the SME’s in jilin province as the background, analyzing thecharacteristics of jilin province SME’s and the financing present situation, from apractical, respectively, to advance the financing mode, the chattel pledge financingmode, and accounts receivable financing mode. Then, through the China merchantsbank, bank of China and China construction bank’s supply chain financing productsas an example further explained the three financing modes, and also prospects thetrend of the development of SME’s supply chain financing, put forward the "1+N"in the supply chain financing model. At the end of this article, the author through theSME’s, commercial Banks, the third party logistics, and the government from four aspects on how to make our country SME’s supply chain financing perfect and putforward some Suggestions.
