In today’s society, multinational human resource management issues areincreasingly important. Solely on human resources management for the impact of theirown development, corporate human resource management issues should not beunderestimated. From the corporate human resource management issues for the stateand national impact, it is of great significance. Because of such importance, the authorof human resource management research, the main human resource management inChina and South Korea joint venture in China. China and South Korea corporate cultureto Confucian culture as the background, both there are many common factors. However,there are also wide differences between the two countries in the stage of economicdevelopment and institutional background, leading enterprises of both countries inhuman resource management also includes a number of different factors. Betweenenterprises of different factors is an important reason for South Korea joint venture ofcultural conflict.
