In today’s society, companies are increasingly concerned about the performanceevaluation, through performance evaluation we can find enterprise’s shortcomings,and then change the situation, only through continuous change that enterprises canEverlasting. Organizational learning is increasingly becoming the focus of attention;organizational learning can maintain the vitality of company, so as to employees’progress. Knowledge Management as a relatively new field of study plays anincreasingly important role in the enterprise development process, the management ofinformation and knowledge directly determines the corporate decision-making ability.In our current situation, companies pay more and more attention to organizationallearning, and start to focus on the use of internal and external opportunities to enrichthemselves, during the era of knowledge economy, companies make knowledge adriving force to innovation and competition. Theoretical research on organizationallearning has been very mature, organizational learning can effectively promoteenterprise performance improvement in the domestic point of view, knowledgemanagement is not mature enough yet, knowledge management and organizationallearning are two very similar concepts, many studies make knowledge managementas part of organizational learning. From the foreign point of view, knowledgemanagement is a separate concept, can contribute to the implementation ofknowledge management and organizational learning, knowledge management asmediating variables between organizational learning and business performance isworth to study, this not only can enrich the study of the theory, but also can give us amore clearer understanding of the role of knowledge management mechanisms. Combined organizational learning, knowledge management and enterpriseperformance, analysis the relationship between them, and explore the intermediaryrole of knowledge management, will give us a further deepen understanding oforganizational learning and knowledge management, what’s more, we an also find theimportant link between them.At the same time, in order to more detailed research, we also use thesub-dimensions of organization learning and knowledge management, so that we cansee the further understanding of the mechanism of action between variables and affectthe relationship between the dimensions, the results can be more convincing, andshow more specific guidance. The study is divided into the following steps:The study first proposed the definition of organizational learning, knowledgemanagement and enterprise performance, give a systematic literature on the threevariables as well as the relationship between any two of them, compare the domesticand foreign scholars we find identify point and focus of this research.Based on this, then we come up with the research hypotheses of this study andtheoretical models, the theoretical model proposed is based on mature model and ithas been proven a validation scale, a combination of domestic and foreign scholars inthe choice of the gauge to make the model, which reflects the domestic scene and alsobe able to contact foreign actual. Via study design and questionnaires to collectresearch data, and then we make the descriptive statistical analysis, correlationanalysis, reliability and validity analysis and regression analysis, one by one to verifythe hypothesis, and proposed conclusions in the end.After that, we find the relationship between organizational learning andknowledge management, organizational learning and business performance,knowledge management and firm performance, also knowledge management as theintermediary role of the relationship between organizational learning and businessperformance. The results not only complement the existing literature, and alsoprovide guide about organizational learning and knowledge management ofcompanies. Finally, the empirical results are analyzed in detail, and throughout the course ofthe study the questions are summarized, give the study of theoretical and practicalsignificance, and also show the lack of the study and future research prospects.
