For competitivehigh-tech industry, due to the limited resources of technologicalinnovation often can not meet the market demand for innovation, innovationfacing unprecedented pressure. So good to achieve the effect ofcomplementary resources cooperation innovation have been widely get theattention of many innovative body.Among so many innovation bodies in the diversified multi-levelinnovation system,colleges and universities as well as businesses areoutstanding. College is an important technological achievements output,while the enterprise is the main innovation funding, the organiccombination of both is an important way to enhance independent innovationcapability of our country. In recent years the practice of innovationcooperation between colleges and enterprises increases continuously, andcertain achievements have been made. But widespread serious problemsexist, specifically the efficiency is not ideal. The cause of the statuson the one hand stays that the innovation power of college-enterprisecooperation is insufficient to stimulate the enthusiasm of thecooperative bodies, on the other hand, the interest allocation ofcollege-enterprise innovation cooperation is unreasonable. For thesereasons, we have to do in-depth research on two aspects of thecollege-enterprise cooperation dynamic mechanism as well as thedistribution of benefits mechanism.This paper first reviews the research status of college-enterpriseinnovation cooperation at home and abroad, which adequately elaborate the theoretical basis of the college-enterprise innovation cooperationdynamic mechanism and the distribution of benefits mechanism; Thenanalyses the factors which can promote college-enterprise innovationcooperation from both internal and external level, such as governmentfactors, the market factors, economic factors of interest and so on. Atthe same time the relationship between interconnected interactions thefactors is researched to build a dynamic mechanism model and the modelis made analysis interpretation; followed in the study on the interestmechanism of college-enterprise innovation cooperation, the compositionof the interest as well as the basic principles of distribution aredelimited. Then Nash talks and fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation are usedto build a game model of college-enterprise innovation cooperation in thedistribution of benefits,and a balanced result is arrived at; Finally,through a case study in-depth discussions on the practice of innovationcooperation between enterprises A and College B is made, respectively fromthe views of the power factor as well as the interest distribution in theinnovative practice of college-enterprise cooperation. This study notonly theoretically riches content of college-enterprise innovationcooperation, but also is benefit to improve the efficiency ofcollege-enterprise innovation cooperation to a certain degree. |
