Research Of Competitiveness On Village Bank

Village bank,a new-type rural financial institution,since its inception with its uniqueoperating mechanism,market operation and high efficiency of loan approval and otheradvantages,have promoted the construction of soc new socialist countryside,and have solvedthe problems lies in rural areas such as inadequacy for financial service supply andcompetition,and low-coverage network for the existing rural banking financialinstitutions.But village bank is almost a new thing in rural areas, and is basically still at theexploring stage.And problems like the lack of policy support or the difficult to playcompetitive advantages have also hindered the further development of village bank.So,asystematic analysis on its competitiveness is necessary for the sustainable development ofvillage bank.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is introduction which introduces thestudying background and meaning of this paper,domestic and foreign academic works,theresearch method, innovative points and shortcomings of the this paper.The second chapterdefines the village bank and the competitiveness of banks,and states some relevancetheories.The third chapter analysis the inside and outside circumstance of villagebank,consists of political environment，economic environment,industry environment andinternal environment.The fourth chapter through the SWOT Method analysis the strength，weakness,opportunity and threat of the village bank;The last chapter gives some practicalsuggestions to promote the competitiveness of village bank.
