| Along with the popularization and application of information technology, informationservice industry has become an emerging industry in the modern service industry in recentyears, which has been fastest-growing and the most creative in technical innovation, relyingon its characteristics such as strong in their industrial promotion, high degree of industrialmutual relation, better economic benefit and little pollution to environment.The object of study for the thesis is the developmental level of information serviceindustry. Comparative analysis has been adopted to the developmental level of informationservice industry among Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl RiverDelta. Firstly, the thesis analyses domestic and foreign research present situation ofinformation service industry, defines information service industry, points out its vital functionto regional economic development, and briefly states a theory of regional information serviceindustry integration. Secondly, the thesis researches degree of professionalism, structuredifferences, fundamental environment, research income and innovation ability ofBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional information service industry to find out their differences bycomparative analysis. Thirdly, based on the establishment of evaluation index system ofdevelopmental level over information service industry, the article comparatively analyses7provinces and cities’ developmental level of information service industry aboutBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta by factor analysis.It turned out that some outstanding issues (including relatively great regional developmentgap, the irrational industrial structure, insignificant cluster effect and so on) arise followingJing-Jin-Ji regional information service industry development. Finally, based on the analysismentioned above, this thesis makes suggestions to promote development of Jing-Jin-Jiregional information service industry upon the theory of regional information service industryintegration and the need of coordinated development. |
