A series of reform and opening up policy makes China’s increasingly close ties with the world, China plays an increasingly important role in its development of international trade. General. China’s foreign trade has its own law of development. The end of the1970s to the1980s, this time is the early stage of China’s reform and opening up. In the1980s to1990s, the period in addition to industrial transfer policy orientation, but also increased the intensity of the use of foreign capital. Thus it can be said that this period is particularly critical in the development of China’s foreign. China’s accession to the WTO in2001, once again the development of China’s export trade has added impetus. Out of the implementation of the strategy to go and introduce attract multinational investment in the country and the establishment of R&D base, China can rely on advanced foreign technology and management concepts to improve the size and type of export products, to further promote China’s exports can sustained growth path. Through reform and opening up, China’s gradual integration in the world economy, foreign trade occupy an increasingly important position in China’s economy. At the same time, however, we are also very obvious to see that China’s exports in the face of financial crises, instability manifested fully explain the resilience of China’s export trade to the impact of the external environment is weak.Based on the fact that Chinese export growth volatility and trading conditions continued to deteriorate, the topic heterogeneous enterprise trade theory as a guide, cut from trade binary marginal perspective through the decomposition of China’s total exports data, analysis of China’s export growth cycle fluctuations and their characteristics.
