StarsHotel in the implementation work sharing mechanism can reduce the firing of staff, to keepthe staff jobs; incentive employee occupation development, shorten the working hours;reduce the working pressure, promote the work and life balance.This paper first work to share relevant theories and evaluation methods are introduced;then analyzes our country Stars Hotel manpower resource current situation, including theorganization and personnel current situation and the implementation of job sharing status;followed by the three main parties in China from the perspective of Stars Hotel worksharing mechanism design, from the employee, enterprise and society from the perspectiveof three party is proposed China’s Stars Hotel work sharing mechanism design, designprinciples and design requirements, determining five kinds of work sharing mechanismdesign; then through establishing grey hierarchy evaluation model, the Stars Hotel worksharing system suitability evaluation; finally proposed our country Stars Hotel worksharing mechanism of safeguard measures.Job sharing theory in China relatively late development, which belongs to the humanresource management issues.
