Combined with the actual situation in Anhui province and the development trend of huishang bank, it summarizes while Anhui province’s municipal commercial bank’s development strategy supports local economic development and at the same time, insist to promote trans-regional development strategy, strengthen the city commercial bank’s self construction, makes great effort to city commercial banks" characteristic, key business, timely drives the marketing development strategy, boosts the enterprise cultural construction continuously and intensifies enterprise society responsibility. The countermeasures emphasizes on trans-regional development strategy and reinforcement of enterprises’society responsibility.The research methods employed in this paper are comparative analysis approach, the empirical analysis, combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, etc. Combined with our national financial and related system background, it analyzes Anhui province municipal commercial banks’present situation, problems, opportunities and challenges, searches for the proper developing mode of Anhui province municipal commerce, adheres to the principle of acting according to local conditions and scientific orientation, formulates effective developing strategy.
