The Research On The Service Outputs In Henan Province

From1950s, the newly industrialized countries, such as Asia’s "Four Little Dragons", starts to learn foreign labor export strategies to address the issues of domestic labor transferring and unemployment. With Reform and opening up, China’s mainland has learned experience of Hong Kong’s external export of labor services, opening up the domestic labor market and participating in international competition. In the new century, Henan provinces with a population of billions of dollars, whose rural population of total population has more than70percent, is confronted with the economic pressures of the transfer of rural labor and unemployment. How to transform Henan Province’s population to resources advantage has become one of the important topics of a social significance and scientific value.Service outputs in Henan Province have achieved remarkable results and form a certain formation of brand, but there are some problems, such as small scale of external labor export and weak competitiveness. Therefore, by comparing the analysis with the labor output advanced provinces and cities, this article identify the problems of the labor output of Henan Province; through empirical analysis, this article analyze the advantages and disadvantages of labor export of Henan Province. Learning from the successful experience of development of foreign labor exports in Henan Province, this article provides relevant recommendations.The paper is mainly divided into five parts. The first part is that the status quo of service outputs of Henan Province, mainly on the basic situation of the characteristics, conditions, and classification of export of labor services in Henan Province. The second part is the economic effects of labor output in Henan Province. The third part is the problems of labor export in Henan Province based on the SWOT model.This is the focus of this article.The fourth part is the service outputs in Henan Province Case Study-a Xinxian for example; this part is the explanation and the validation of the relevant circumstances of the former three parts of the article. The fifth part of is the service outputs in Henan Province countermeasures.
