The primitive society period, as a result of productivity is extremely low, Saipan Aboriginal reverence for nature and the dependence on climate in heaven rain-praying ceremony. This ritual occurs, is derived from pulling Cultural Center thought-balance, the balance force to exchange embodied in social life, so the social exchange Saipan is the main way of Aboriginal and outside. Chamorro and Caroline human fusion is based on the social exchange, Saipan Aboriginal succumbs to the Spanish colonists rule is based on the social exchange, Saipan during World War Ⅱ, the United States of America Aboriginal tend to instead of the prosperity of the local Japanese is based on social exchange, until today to Saipan for the Mariana Islands, not toward independence Road but belonging to the United States is still based on the social exchange. The social historical conditions change, pulling culture forms show different age characteristics, but the balance force of ideas still runs through Saipan Aboriginal ideology. In different periods, different background, different "force" in the checks and balances, Saipan natives are the forms of cultural expression is different. Through these rich cultural phenomenon at that time when the balance of what is, also the social main contradiction is what, then we can analyze the society at that time what the situation is. These different periods of social status throughout the time over the longitudinal axis, the process of social change will stand vividly revealed on the paper. Against the time social change is the vivid interpretation of historical events, these historical events in the background so that social change is no longer vague and obscure, but more clearly point to a rule, namely technical innovation. Independent research and development or cooperation, or, even on the persecution, new technology always to Saipan aboriginal society has brought essential impact and collapse the recasting of newborn. This pattern is logical, but also respect the history, but more in line with the social change and cultural change process. Maybe in other regions the other historical and cultural background in different forms, may not be the "balance of power" or social exchange, but technology on social change and cultural change effects must be tremendous and far-reaching.
